That beeping is me backing up the moving truck. I’m moving the site off of WordPress.com to a self-hosted environment so I can have a little more flexibility as far as customization.
Do not fear—no subscriber left behind. Assuming I’m doing this all correctly, I should be able to transfer any subscribers to the new host, and you’ll still see new posts in the reader. There is a catch, though. If you’d like to continue receiving emails, you need to resubscribe once I’m moved. I am basing this on the below information from Jetpack, which is what I’m using to move people over. I swear I was going to post a note before they said I should. 🙂
My plan is to move things around in the next couple of days, and then I’ll post a message so y’all know it’s done.
